The MINIT-TUNE & BRAKE AUTO CENTRES hereby Guarantees and assumes liability strictly limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, to the extent that MINIT-TUNE & BRAKE will replace faulty materials and/or render service up to but not exceeding the amount originally charged, therefore.
MINIT-TUNE & BRAKE AUTO CENTRES shall not be liable for loss, damage or expense caused directly or indirectly by materials, equipment or workmanship provided or installed by Authorized MINIT-TUNE & BRAKE AUTO CENTRES Technicians including any interruption of service or loss of use of the vehicle or for any loss of business or damage whatsoever caused.
This Guarantee shall not affect any manufacturer warranty guarantee, which may be applicable.
This Guarantee shall not apply to any materials and/or workmanship that have been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, road hazard or accident and/or which have been altered or adjusted by persons other than Authorized MINIT-TUNE & BRAKE AUTO CENTRES Technicians.
MINIT-TUNE & BRAKE AUTO CENTRES shall not be liable for towing or outside service charges for work performed by other than Authorized MINIT-TUNE & BRAKE AUTO CENTRE Technicians.
This MINIT-TUNE & BRAKE AUTO CENTRE Guarantee is limited to all the terms and conditions stated above and any other terms and conditions stated on the enclosed invoice. All Services will be guaranteed for a period of one (1) year or 20, 000 kilometres of operation (whichever shall first occur immediately following the performance of service.
